Rosebay willowherb

Officially a wild flower and an absolute favourite with my mother-in-law, who loved the fact that it was growing wild all over our field (now our garden). I like it too but not quite on that scale. However it still pops up in among our flowerbeds and there is a riotous clump near the old railway bridge where this picture was taken.
And my apologies for not being able to leave a lot of comment today, it's a busy, busy day!
