Fantastic Food made by my son!
Yesterday he caramelized onions and roasted garlic. I didn´t know what he was going to do with it. He didn´t either he said today. Today he put it in a sauce with his home-made mayonnaise, youghurt, salt, pepper and some herbs. He fried Herring in a way I´ve never seen someone do. And he served it with cooked potatoes and a fantastic pickled red onion. Mmmm!
