Fish hanging up to dry in the street

When they are dried, you can buy them for 1.50 euros each. Then you take them to the nearest bar and nibble them with a cold beer. I have to say I haven't tried this yet. They sell the as 'volaores' which is how it is pronounced but I think the real name is 'voladores' (fliers).
