If you went to Delamere Forest today and heard a 47yr old woman screaming, that would be me, having a 'tree-top adventure'!

I was scared of heights, but not any longer I hope.

My family went on one of these courses in France a couple of years ago, but I was too chicken to even think of giving it a go. However, we walked through the forest a few months ago, and I stood watching a woman of my age on the course. I thought if she can do it, I can.

So today, I did it! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
