Entry 390 - Mussels

I was a chef in the kitchen tonight! Did alright I think, I was only doing VERY basic things, which is all I can handle really! Bit of extra cash though. Finally better now, so after 4 days of not eating I can hold down a meal now :). London tomorrow...flat in Battersea to look around. :D

One of my jobs tonight was to pour a pan of mussels into a container. I love the sound of their shells.
