Two tiny houses for sale

These two newly built houses are in Swindon, and I've seen them go up over the months.

It's not a very interesting pic, but last week I watched that brilliant programme 'the secret life of buildings', where it was stated that new (developer built) houses in the UK are the smallest in Europe, in terms of square metres and also have the smallest windows. These two are a prime example.
