Day 3 of Our Highland Fling!

Had a lovely day again today. Started off with waking up to that fabulous view on yesterdays blip and then followed by a hearty Scottish breakfast; a big bowl of porridge for me and a fry up for Matthew. Thankfully we were blessed with another good day for weather so off we went hiking up in the hills above Kinlochleven which took in amazing views of waterfalls and down onto Loch Leven.
After stopping for some liquid refreshment once we'd finished our hike, we drove on up to Strobana, near Spean Bridge to find our fab little cottage, which comes complete with its own gorgeous barbeque hut in the garden!! Will definitelybe trying that out tomorrow night!
The cottage is so cosy and just perfect for a couple, who knew you could get soo much in such a small space! The owners have definitely thought of absolutely everything. The only down side is its on a busy main road so just getting used to the traffic noise which does die down hugely in the evening and is practically non existent at night.
Weather not so good for tomorrow so off to Fort William to look around the shops and then onto the "Ice Factor" for Matthew to do some indoor ice climbing!! You will find me in the bar there!
