Inside a pylon
Today started off strange. I got up very early and read Garrison Keillor in the bath (a sure sign of comfort reading). Then threw up. (It's not connected to the quality of the writing; I love GK).
Then drove to the garage to get a quote for the damage the council inflicted on my car, aforementioned on these pages. The bodyshop was adjacent to a huuuuuuge pylon, under which I parked. How often do you get to stand in a pylon? - never, and I can see why. It's quite amazing/terrifying to look up into its towering structure.
Went to work and threw up.
Came home.
Not one of my highest achieving days.
