Heres to: affinity and a bond.

I occasionally get to visit Pete's office. Pete's office is great because it looks as if a small bomb has gone off in it. I like this because it makes me feel I'm tidy - in comparison.
Also, Pete usually turns up during my stay and we get to chat about 'stuff' and have a bit of a moan in a way that is expected of 40 something blokes.
He's alright is Pete.
But I don't think he rushes to mend his lad's toys.
