Purpose

I can't believe how much this gent's purposeful stride represents my day - I had a great day at work and accomplished loads, had an enjoyable lunch with Disco Daz, had a great family dinner then took myself off to the gym for 2 hours and worked my "bahookie" off.

I don't know if my drive today was due to a Starbucks at 9am and a Costa around 2.30, but I do know that as of tomorrow there's no more coffees - I need to cut back as I fear I am nearing addiction!

Roll on tomorrow - I am ready for you!
