Day 30_Self-Portrait
Another grainy shot by yours truly. I just couldn?t get the right settings for an inadequate indoor lighting shot. A little regression if I may judge myself seeing the little progresses with my shots as I finished this 30Day Challenge.
If my memory serves me well, the last time I was in the beach was on July of last year. Together with my friend, we crossed border from Singapore to Indonesia. That particular journey was very memorable because of the frightful experience in the border. Nonetheless, I was able to prove that I am a toughie after that.
There had been several swimming pool trips between then and now, but nothing compares to the total water experience brought upon by beaches. Summer in the Philippines had been surprisingly short, with the climate change to blame, thus, opportunities to take quick trips to swim were lesser.
I miss my goggles, another dependable object I truly invested on. Here is a portrait of myself looking cheerful but aching to be soaked under the sun, and be overwhelmed by the musical cadence of the crushing waves to the shore.
Oops, my bad. The last time I was in the beach was last March when I was in Thailand. Something happen, though. I opted not to swim.
Tomorrow, I will start with my 365 Grateful Project. I am excited to see where this exercise will take me.
