Col du Pas de Lauzun

Ok, it is not the Alpe d'Huez or Col du Calibier, and with 500 metres it is actually quite a bit lower, but it was still quite a climb. To reach the top is then quite a good feeling (in particular when people on ultra-light racing bikes, such as the man-in-pink, look respectfully at your full packed bikes).

Another, similar climb would follow the same day, making this the longest-but-one day of all.

Doubted heavily between this one and more photographically appealing ones, but in this case the journal element overruled.
