Ironmen, Durno, Aberdeenshire

I was fascinated to discover not long ago that what we call 'electricity pylons' are known in Australia as 'Ironmen' - bringing to mind the imagery of Ted Hughes novel.

These 'iron men' caught my attention as I was driving along a minor road earlier this evening a kilometre or two north west of Durno, Aberdeenshire.
