Body Boarding

What a fantastic day we had along 'The Great Ocean Road'
We spent time on a lovely beach doing some body boarding & YES that is me in the process of being turned upside down, (fortunately you can't actually see me). My daughter described it as being in spin cycle of a washing machine & I can understand why as you loose all sense of direction-scary!!!!!!
