Lace outergarments

I know I haven't left it a week, but the library is starting to be clad in its 'lace' outerskin and the first piece has gone up since yesterday - still not sure if its going to look good.

Unfortunately the hoarding to the front means you can't get that close to the cladding yet, but hopefully as more is put on I'll be able to get a better shot.
