Holli is home

Holli has been away since Monday visiting Granny and Grandpa, and Auntie and cousin Jenny and came home tonight, so whilst I went to collect her Mrs C baked a cake.

I drove to Edinburgh today in what was the worst rain I've seen for a while. I think I saw that in Scotland we have had all our August rain 160mm in 3 days.

I nursed the car back to see how many MPG I could get and managed 29.9, which I thought was pretty good for a gas guzzling monster

My Mum's going to hospital tomorrow for an examination - she is fearing the worst so tomorrow I'm hoping for good news
