Under the Stairs

Many months ago we had a leaking roof and water was coming in through the ceiling of the spare bedroom (what a waste "spare bedrooms" are"). A roofer eventually dealt with that bit of roof and after another year a nice lady builder dealt with the ceiling. This afternoon we eventually got round to painting over her work and then in late afternoon went off to B&Q to get more paint to finish off. Was totally amazed at the traffic hold-ups in the town and again on the return. Spent so long in a queue that I took this shot of "under the stair" replacements. It's a self storage company that have just lined up umpteen containers at Inverness harbour. I expect a lot is businesses storing materials and tools etc. But perhaps for some it replaces "under the stairs", "the attic", "lumber room", "garden shed", "warehouse of mum & dad" etc.
