near horizon

Nestled in the bosom of Blencathras Sharp Edge sits Scales Tarn.
I have blipped this place before in fact twice before.
For todays effort we were standing at the outlet of the Tarn (top middle of the water in both previous Blips.
As the visibility was impaired to just 50 metres or so I didnt take my camera along on the run but when we reached this place it was so peaceful and calming I took a couple of iPhone shots to try to capture the mood.
The lack of colour in the image and the featureless majority of the frame depict the way it felt to be in such an isolated spot alone on a gloomy, wet, summer afternoon
