Mark in front of tank at Les Invalides, Paris
Today we went to the French Army museum, known as Les Invalides, which includes a church that houses Napoleon's tomb. There was a tank in the courtyard area, and this seemed like one of the few times Mark was happy to have me take his photo. The museum had a new "historial" (monument/permanent exhibit) on Charles de Gaulle.
Later we had lunch Chez Marianne in Le Marais before catching the Eurostar to London Saint Pancras to visit Aunt Janet.
