Help? I don't even approve...

I was struck by this board...and had to blip it; I was drawn in by the egregious apostrophe abuse in the first line...and then saw what was on offer further down. What on earth is involved with "Level 3 Advanced Violence and Aggression"? Violence & Aggression are bad enough...but level 3 advanced? I shudder to think..

(I know, I know, it's obviously training in how to deal with violence and aggression, but oh my, what unfortunate wording; still, it made me chuckle, and I hope you did too;-)
