The big sleep
Followed by powwidge for Little A and then muffins for muggins.
This is the view from the train through the red sandstone tunnels to Formby from Cressington. There were oohs and aahs from Little A when a glimpse of light filtered down through a vent, highlighting the moss and lichen colours and then at the sight of a burnt out car on a low loader in Bootle. Real evidence maybe, but relief for him to see that the whole place hasn't burned down and a taxi ride late at night wasn't full of danger.
Back in Formby, he is delighted with space and his own room, even though he's transplanted himself to my bed, it's on the understanding that the other is still his room. Another big sleep on the way. Joey at my feet right now on his way to another.
