woody!

Whist cooking this evening Mr.Woodpecker came to the feeder (he and Mrs Woodpecker are regulars!). But today unlike other days I was lucky enough to have my camera just by my side.
Their eye sight is so acute that as soon as you move, they fly off. So with stealth like movements I set up the camera and shot away! Such a joy to see them up so close.
