A Saturday

Just a Saturday, that's for today a rainy Saturday. A day to plan all kind of (Saturday) indoor activities.

So you make phone calls, do your morning gymnastic exercises, read the full Saturday edition of the newspaper and start reading a lovely book from a British journalist named Michael Farr. It's a study about the coming into existence of the young 'reporter' Tintin and his dog Snowy. Just to maintain my knowledge of the history of the (comic) strip in literature ...;)

And of course preparing today's dinner. Want to know what? It's filet of pork, in bacon enrolled endive and oven baked potatoes. For dessert Espresso coffee with 'chocberries'. That are strawberries, the very ones you see here, dipped - completely - in a sauce of 72% bitter chocolate and cooled until hard. Don't know if I named and explained it in correct English, but they taste marvelous ... ;))
