I think I've reached saturation point for this sort of thing as I wasn't even particularly annoyed when I found out this evening that Tiso haven't even started fixing my rucksack due to the muppet I spoke to when asking them to proceed with the quoted repair FAILING to carry the instruction any further than the privacy of his imbelicic skull. Grrr. If I have to buy another bag before holiday I will most certainly not be buying it from them. Unless they want to offer me some form of inconvenience-discount.
