Ringlers

This is a shrine outside of Ringlers in NW Portland. A bicyclist was struck and killed one morning after a cement truck did not see her. In Portland, we have a large biking community, and every once and a while you will see a memorial like this. Portland has strengthened up the laws for motorist as well as the viewable area of biking paths.
