Dinner at the Cheesecake Factory!

Enjoyed dinner at the Cheesecake Factory with some friends this evening. This is Crispy Chicken Costoletta: Chicken Breast Lightly Breaded and Sautéed to a Crisp Golden Brown. Served with Lemon Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Asparagus.

Delish, and PLENTY left over for lunch AND dinner tomorrow, lol.
