I really believe that one can never know what it's like to love to the fullest extent until you've loved your own child.

It is a rich love, simple and complex all at once.

It comes naturally, but must be nurtured to grow.

Care must be taken, selfishness set aside.

And the reward is greater than anything else in life; no personal journey or accomplishment can surpass this feeling of connection, appreciation, pride, mutual respect... deep and unwavering love that never breaks.
