Idaho Potato Museum

On our drive from the Grand Tetons to Boise, Megan noticed a sign for the Idaho Potato Museum at the offramp for Blackfoot, ID. We started talking about it and figured that we may never pass by that spot again, so we decided to stop. We're so glad we did as it was actually a very cool little museum. We learned a number of things about potatoes and the process of farming them, and we also saw the largest potato chip as verified by the Guinness Book of World Records. This was definitely a Griswold Holiday Road moment! :-)
