Water of Leith

Today's Sunday morning stroll around the paths was done at a rapid pace with a heart rate monitor on. We conclusively established that at the appropriate pace a 45 minute circuit for me was a 35 minute one for Mr A. I don't think it's an excuse that I stopped to take this picture, because I didn't. Stop, that is. I took it on the fly because I had prepared the camera to take a picture of Mr Heron, but he took flight before I could get there. So he's here somewhere but you'll have to go big to find him.

The Tempest in Korean at the Kings Theatre. Interesting cross cultural experience and wonderful music - but the cramped spaces of the seats nearly crippled my poor knees.
