This Ole House
When I said Workington was deprived I didn't realise they couldn't afford curtains.
The Cumbrian wit must be getting to me.
This is in fact Workington Hall in Curwen Park. Now for your history lesson: back in 1586 the hall was the final refuge for Mary Queen of Scots before her imprisonment and execution. Judging by the amount of broken vodka bottles inside it is now refuge to the local alchies.
Another mild and dare I say it, dry and sunny day here.
