Red, white and blue

My chilli plant is doing nicely on the windowsill.

Doing basic things with a broken foot is still takes a long time.
I finally got round to preparing myself some food at 1pm today.

I'm hoping that the fracture clinic at St Mary's will fit me
with something that'll make me more mobile tomorrow.
