Warkworth Castle

Late night last night, lazy morning this morning! As the weather is reasonable today decided to go for a drive to Warkworth. Such a pretty little village, Warkworth Castle sits on top of a hill overlooking the River Coquet at Easter time the grounds are covered with daffodils. Browsed the few little shops in the village & made a few little purchases! Then sat by the river with a sandwich & watched the ducks. Off to see Freddie now & his mum and dad of course as they have invited us to tea - happy days!
