Returned home from Essex to discover a cheeky aphid attack on my sweetpeas. These sticky little creatures appeared out of nowhere and are sucking the lifeblood of my lovely plants away. As if that's not bad enough, some of these little buggers reproduce parthenogenetically - that is, a female can have a daughter within her, who is already producing her own daughter within her. UGH.
