Butter Wouldn't Melt

We've had visitors this weekend.

Dawn's sister and husband came to visit. It's the first time they have been to this house. It was another weekend of wedding planning. Less than eleven weeks to go now!

We spent the morning in town, looking for dresses for Dawn's sister who is bridesmaid. We found a stunning dress, and so one more job is ticked off the list.

I had a second suit fitting, and wearing the correct shoes, no further adjustments are needed, so I now have that in the house, and another job done.

We were in town on an international day, which wasn't brilliant planning to be honest, but the atmosphere was excellent. Wales actually won, something that doesn't happen very often. There seemed to be a lot of English rugby supporters queuing outside Greggs trying to buy some humble pie after the match!

We went to the International Swimming Pool in Cardiff Bay on the way back, which was awesome fair play! I swam two Olympic sized lengths of a swimming pool, something I have never done before ... shattered by the end!

This is little munchkin is Alex, the future Sister In Laws nine month year old, she has kept us royally entertained all weekend. We can't wait until Alex and Maisie meet up in October!
