Quick Trifle

Continuing the Sunday trifle pattern that we seem to have going on, I made a Quick Trifle today for dessert at Mum and Dad's.

Was really nice!

Layer 1 trifle sponge in a dish, drizzle over 1 tablespoon of Disaronno/Sherry, jam, custard then creme fraiche and top with a cherry. Volia! One quick trifle! :)
