Carnival

A quiet morning, mostly spent cooking the boy's food for the week, followed by a stroll to the Nottingham carnival. These speakers were pumping out a live PA from Kemet FM, Nottingham's number 1 urban station. It was loud and it was rubbish. The rest of the carnival was better, especially the body popping kid on the main stage and seemed to be growing stronger as we headed home via the playpark.

Other than the output of Kemet FM and some soca and reggae singers at the carnival I haven't listened to any music today. So here's the new Laura Marling that I'm off to listen to now.
