bucket and chips

a very British beach day today. We went to Weymouth, to have the afternoon at the seaside. We had lunch at "king Edwards fish and chip shop". The mini pinks both had fish and chips in buckets with spades. It was very cute, and they really enjoyed it. Then we walked down to the seafront, and watched a minute or two of the punch and judy show. We found a bit of beach for the mini pinks to use their new bucket and spades. The sand was brilliant and we made some sandcastles. I went for a paddle with the mini pinks, but in true British summer style, was wearing my best goosebumps for the ocassion!
We were joined afterwards by our friends, and we had icecreams, before heading back to the campsite. And to start the packing to come home again.
