Red letter day

Del came up for the day to fish and Iain and Gwen fished middle bay.

We met up for lunch and Iain produced a 12lb salmon from their boat which he had taken in the morning. After a nice barbie lunch on the gravel bank on the far side, we headed out again.

When we went back to the house, Iain revealed another fish of about 12lb that he had taken from almost the same spot. Including a sea trout he had in the morning, it was the best day's catch any of us have ever had on the loch.

Del, Dave and I went out again in the evening and I landed a fantastic 4lb sea trout which was as strong as any fish I've caught.
