Carcassonne

Le Cité (Carcassonne) by night. Loads and loads of tourists but impressive and interesting nonetheless.

At night we watched two performances of the Carcassonne music festival, which made for a great night, even though we were almost falling asleep after 80 kms with pretty strong headwinds.... Also some nice pics from those gigs.

Image was pretty difficult without a tripod, as the bridge on which I stood appeared to be moving with every vehicle passing...
