Providence Bridge Pedal and Stride

Today was the 16th annual Providence Bridge Pedal, it started in 1996. My daughter, son-in-law and Grands A and E rode their bikes for 13 miles (this was called the 6 bridge ride) and I did the 5K stride which went over 2 bridges.. It was a most wonderful day to be outside and see Portland and a great way for me to get my feet wet as I have never done anything like this before. I will definitely be up for doing it again next year...still don't know about the bike ride, but definitely the walk. (I carried my camera and snapped pics along the way...the sign in the first picture says Stride Start...but ride works as well.
