City Lights

This photo has a better story than the photos.

I was out near the Pahitua Track, so took the 5 min drive to get a little up the hill. I get my camera out ready to go, then my batteries died. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, as I always carry spares (my camera uses AA's). But on this occasion I didn't.

So a quick flick to viewfinder mode (conserving power by not using the screen) I managed to get three photos. This sadly was the best of them. Next time I'll try and do a better job.
