Bank Holiday Fun

It's a Bank Holiday in Cyprus today - there seem to be a lot of Bank Holidays in the Cypriot calendar, and I have no idea what this one is for. It's also our friend's birthday and we're holding a BBQ for him. He's a tennis coach, so I've made a birthday cake with a tennis ball on it for him. I didn't whisk the icing nearly enough, so it's pretty sloppy... but hopefully it will still taste ok!
