Am hoping that in next wee while you may all notice a change in quality..... watch this space.

Colleague made a big boo-boo today. Now feel bad about being a grump when I realsised what had happened, but then if I'd have been all "sweetness and light" she's not have realised just how bad the error was.....but still feel a bit guilty, oh dear.
