welcomed change

Driving from the coast back to austin entailed flat, listless scenery with miles and miles of highway through small, "blink-an-eye-and-miss-it" type of towns for about 5.5 hours.

Therefore, I was very excited to see a change in scenery...rain clouds! I haven't seen rain in months and months now. This looks great, no? With the little patch of blue on the right hand side, surely the storm is moving through...

...we apparently drove to the left of the storm (or the storm was a mirage) because all we got were a few measly sprinkles on the windshield. Bah.
