Sorry ....
A few weeks ago my online bank account was hacked into. Not once but twice. A very upsetting and very trying situation. One that shouldnt have happened a second time.
Because of the way the bank handled my particular situation I made a complaint. Not a shouty one. A calm considered and measured discussion of the difficulties and my constructive critisism of the handling of it all.
The bank wrote to me and agree with everything I had said. :D
The bank gave me a monetary rembursement for my inconvenience and expencess incurred.
Oh yes and these lovely flowers, with a card that said very simply ..... Sorry.
