Boating

We took our boat out for the first time in 2 years today. We've been so busy the past couple summers with camping that we neglected the use of our boat.

Despite the weather not being ideal and no where nearly as nice as the weathermen forecasted, we still had a great time. Both boys enjoyed being on the water. Some friends of ours met up with us and we all anchored in a secluded spot then took turns wake boarding and inner tubing. I don't go in the water, it freaks me out if I can't see my toes.

I had another cool picture of a rusty old barge that has been sitting abandoned in this spot for who only knows how long but instead I chose this photo because it was fun to me. Scott and Carter went off on our friends ski boat and when they came down the river they surprised us by doing this, riding double on the wake board. Carter had a blast and didn't want to stop. I suspect it wont be too long until he's gets up on one by himself.
