Today's the day ......................... to dig it

Edinburgh is full of Festival things just now. Everywhere you turn, there are people promoting their shows and doing strange things in unlikely places.

These two were at the Royal Botanic Gardens about to give a performance called Can you dig it?- described as the best vegetable cultivation-based musical comedy show ever. Jo plays ukulele and Dan is an accordian maestro and they sing a delightful collection of original songs about the joys and challenges of growing your own.

It was just a shame that we didn't have time to stay and see them perform because I'm sure they would have been brilliant ..................
