Another batch of jerky is drying. With gloved hands I played tetris with the meat, getting as much as I could onto the drying racks. All of the blumu and some of the soco special is currently drying. Restocking for the faire Saturday. I hope we do well!.

Rainy Monday.. 67*f out..not much warmer than when I got up this morning.
