Power Walking

No sarcasm, I mean it.
I met this elderly lady between two towns.
She walked a few steps with her wheeled walker, sat down on the walkers seat, got up again, sat down.... at least 1 km from the next town.

Made me wonder if she's doing the same thing I do when something's on my mind - walk, walk, walk.
