Restorative

It was a long in service day today, revisiting restorative approaches to behaviour and values. Nothing particularly new but lots to think about. It was the first time we had come together formally with the staff we will be merging with next year and it was good to have the opportunity to get to know them better. Still got lots to do for tomorrow but looking forward to getting underway properly tomorrow.

Stopped for a few groceries on the way home just as this was passing by in the pouring rain. The picture sadly doesn't really capture the immense size of this travelling down the Clyde but I couldn't resist.
